Dual hot and cold body contouring protocol for targeted areas
ICE & HOT is a dual cosmetic slimming gel concept combining a cooling effect gel and a warming effect gel in an alternating body care routine.
Inspired by cryotherapy and thermotherapy, this two step cosmetic protocol uses contrasting thermal sensations to improve the appearance of targeted body areas and promote smoother, firmer and more toned looking skin.
Developed for areas prone to visible cellulite and loss of firmness, including the thighs, abdomen and arms, ICE & HOT combines patented cosmetic technology, botanical extracts and thermo active ingredients within a structured one month body care programme.
Its lightweight, non sticky texture absorbs rapidly and allows dressing immediately after application.

Targeted Actives and Botanical Extracts
- Bodyfit: A patented active ingredient based on glaucine, used in cosmetic formulations to improve the appearance of areas prone to water retention and support a more toned-looking silhouette.
- Draining Botanical Extracts: Green coffee, caffeine, black tea, guarana and mate are traditionally incorporated into slimming formulations to support the improvement of the appearance of targeted areas.
- Thermo Active Complex: Capsicum, menthol, peppermint, camphor and alcohol contribute to the hot and cold thermal effect, stimulating superficial skin microcirculation and providing an immediate sensation of activation.
Consumer Test Results
After one month of daily application according to the recommended protocol:
- Up to 3.2 cm reduction in thigh circumference
- Up to 4 cm reduction in waist circumference
